1. License
Upon successful payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Disciplined Life on your personal devices for personal, non-commercial use
2. Payment
DisciplinedLife is offered with a one-time payment of $6.99 per installation for basic pack and $15.99 for family pack . Payments are securely processed by our payment provider. We do not store your credit card information
3. Nature of the Software
Disciplined Life is a content filtering and self-responsibility tool designed to help users limit access to explicit content. You acknowledge that :
The software requires certain device permissions (such as administrator access on Android or administrator rights on Windows/Mac) to function correctly
You are solely responsible for the password you set during installation and its security
4. Use by Parents and Family
If you install Disciplined Life on a device used by a minor, you confirm that you are the parent, legal guardian, or person authorized to manage that device
5. Uninstallation
Disciplined Life can be uninstalled at any time by entering the password set during installation. Therefore, you should keep it in a discreet location
6. Limitation of Liability
Disciplined Life is provided "as is," without any warranty. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the software, including, but not limited to, device malfunctions, data loss, or exposure to unfiltered content.
7. Refunds
Refund requests are processed in accordance with our Refund Policy
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms
